The ISI Mark Certificate is an official approval issued by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS). It confirms that a product complies with the relevant Indian Standard (IS) and is safe for consumer use. The ISI mark was introduced in 1955 and is one of the oldest quality marks in India. Today, it is mandatory for many products such as electrical appliances, cement, steel products, pressure cookers, helmets, and more.
